It is a great pleasure to work side by side with the great men and women who comprise the AWE Leadership Team. It is by God’s Grace and the individual efforts of dedicated servants, that we have taken the vision of Community Outreach, Family Wholeness, and Passionate Worship to another level.

AWE Leadership is modeled and taught by Pastor George Barbosa. In his monthly training sessions, we have been blessed by words that edify and encourage “teamwork”. It is at these monthly meetings that we have found strength and have been given the tools needed to achieve our greatest potential.
